eHealth Week 2016 - what happened? Videos and presentations available!

This three-day conference (8-10 June 2016, Amsterdam) brought together 2,230 policy makers, healthcare providers, patients, researchers and industry from across Europe and beyond. You can watch the recordings of the plenary sessions online, the highlights video and save the date for eHealth Week 2017 in Malta: 10-12 May 2017.

During eHealth Week 2016 specific attention was drawn to the involvement of eHealth users: Patients, consumers, doctors, nurses and informal care givers were given a prominent role in the conference. Health IT should not primarily focus on technology, but on what it means for the people that use it in their day-to-day life. eHealth should make their lives easier and better.
